The leaguewide drop of the much-teased Reverse Retro jerseys finally came today and to say reaction in places such as Twitter and our own Quick Hits is mixed would be unfair. As of this writing, I’ve yet to see anybody react to Detroit’s jersey reveal with anything positive. Here it is in case you haven’t seen it yet.

I’m hesistant to even share it because the whole event is just marketing and I personally dislike it.
BUT, I want to recognize that it’s possible there are people out there who don’t hate it and might even want to wear it. That’s what I want this post to accomplish. I want this to be a place where people can pop in and say they don’t hate it without fear of being violently rebuked by angry people on the internet.
So please, have at it, lovers of this design. I disagree with your take but I’m still damn proud to share a fanbase with you. We’ve made it through bigger disagreements than this and this too shall pass.
