The good news is that the Wings won their opening preseason game. The bad news is that Datsyuk has suffered a shoulder injury. His injury is going to be re-evaluated today. Hopefully, the injury is just minor. We need Pavel to be healthy!

With players like Jurco and Mantha, it is easy to forget about Pulkkinen. He will probably be called up for a couple of games this season. But, I do not expect to see too much of Pulkkinen in the winged wheel until the 2015-2016 season.
