A couple of interesting points from this article. First, Sammy does have a point that the Wings did not give him the best opportunity to succeed. In the 30 games that he played with the Wings, he averaged only 10 minutes per game. Second, Sammy said that he really did not suffer from any major injuries this season, outside of injuring his soldier late in the season.
