Quick Hits: The Good Talk Edition
In Red Wings Land
It was an incredible privilege to have Ken Daniels on the show to discuss the @JDanielsFund, insights from his many years as @DetroitRedWings Lead Broadcaster, & hysterical stories about Mickey Redmond.

Unsurprisingly, this is the best interview the show has had. Enjoy. #LGRW https://t.co/IgMmYYE6wR
We were fortunate enough to have Ken on WIIM Radio / Fer Sure joint episode a while back, and he’s a great guy to talk to. I haven’t yet heard this episode, but from what I have heard, it’s a great one. Brad, Ryan, and Evan do a great job in general, and I’m sure it’s the same in this episode.

Stanley Cup Semifinals predictions
Not surprisingly, the results among NHL.com's prognosticators reflect the chaos of the first two rounds. Six of the 15 members of the panel are at or above .500 after 12 series. Deputy managing editor Brian Compton leads the way at 8-4 (.750).
Will the staff have better results in what should be an exciting third round?
Here are the selections:
My completely off the top of my head picks:
Islanders in 6
Vegas in 5
Even though TB and Vegas are heavily favored in their matchups, I won’t be surprised however each series turns out. I think any of the four teams could be lifting the cup in a couple weeks.
My very bold prediction for the Conn Smythe: Brock Nelson.
