The defenseman is still under observation after his terrifying Jiri Fischer-esque collapse in the game against Anaheim.
Alex Pietrangelo visited Bouwmeester yesterday after the game and Facetimed with the team, which he said “made everyone feel a lot better knowing he was in good hands.” He couldn’t explain how the incident felt other than it felt like an eternity, but once they handed it over to the medical staff, they knew it was taken care of.
