Let’s start with some unfortunate news.. Alex Lyon is back in the US after sustaining an injury in Team USA’s win at the World Championships over the weekend, per Jon Morosi:
Unfortunate outcome, which resulted in another Red Wings goalie injured. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.
How about some good news out of the Worlds? Lucas Raymond continues to be hot, and is only helping his case for a big payday this summer:
Over in Griffins world… Jonatan Berggren hit the streets for the Amway River Bank Run, sorta:
Meanwhile, the second round is set for the Griffins in the Calder Cup Playoffs. Their opponent will be the Milwaukee Admirals. Series starts Wednesday, May 15:
