NHL offseason grades: Atlantic Division - The Score

Detroit was graded either third or fourth-highest here (depending on whether you give the tiebreaker to Toronto).  I feel that the purpose of the grading took in more than just THIS offseason in order to get to this because while I don’t feel the Wings would be able to compete in the Atlantic next season (if that’s the division format we get), I think they had the best offseason.
