TOR wanted Bertuzzi at the deadline but he was injured. Doesn’t sound good for Hyman and TOR now. DET and EDM possibilities for Hyman. Hall wants 3-4 years. Thought he was going to stay in BOS, and he still might, but he may test the market.

I wonder how close Yzerman has ever gotten to pulling the trigger on this because it feels like one that would hurt but would be better for Detroit in the long run.  I don’t know if Yzerman will pay Hyman what he wants to get paid.

Rink ice from Tampa Bay Lightning’s Amalie Arena used in limited-edition beer – ESPN

Coors Light has used ice collected from the rink at Amalie Arena during the Stanley Cup Final to brew “Champions Ice,” a limited-edition beer. It will be available on tap in Tampa-area bars and in 32-ounce collectable crowlers starting the week of July 12 — including on the day of the Lightning’s Stanley Cup parade.

This is gross, but the bigger concern is how many fans who drink this may end up on LTIR for the entire remainder of the regular season.
