The only real surprising aspect of this firing is that it took so long.

I love to cook, and I watch a lot of cooking shows. A few years back, there was a fantastic show called The Taste where chefs coached teams in cooking competitions (think The Voice, but for cooking. That show introduced me to Ludo Lefebvre, and I’ve been a fan ever since. I watched the first few minutes of it, and it looks pretty good.

(Also, I just remembered that Anthony Bourdain was one of the other chefs on that show, and now I’m sad.)
