One down, two to go. The Wings came out strong and put up 13 shots to Tampa's seven, but a lot of the Detroit shots were chest-thumpers. Bishop did give up some rebounds, but having guys nearby to collect on them was rare. The Wings also took two penalties, including one that ruined their only power play opportunity so far.

Detroit's going to have to come out better than that. Tampa is really moving in this game. If not for a great backcheck by Glendening picking off a centering pass, we're looking at a gap. Hail luke.
