Keys to the Game
Win the Special Teams Battle
Apparently I’m going to keep all the same keys from Tuesday, but I think this one is going to be even more key, as I figure we’re going to get more penalties called tonight than we did more-recently
Patience
A team trying desperately to score seems more likely to make mistakes to force offense, which tends to just cause turnovers on rushes that turn into odd-man situations for your goalie. Don’t do that. Just try to make it so the Helm-Glendening-Erne line isn’t your most dangerous.
Score some *Goal* for your Goalie
I asked for three or more on Tuesday and clearly that was a bridge too far.
