Key Match-Ups
Wings PP vs Preds PK
Detroit had two power-play goals against New Jersey. The Predators have one of the worst penalty kill units in the league. They should probably look into scoring some goals on the power-play tonight.
Shea Weber
He scored a hat-trick last time we played Nashville. Even though we won, that's not exactly something you should let a defenseman do. His shot is an absolute bomb. Detroit will need to try and keep the puck out off of his stick.
Larkin-less lineup
Detroit won't have Larkin tonight. He's out with an upper-body injury. The Red Wings will definitely be impacted by this, so it will be interesting to see what the team is like minus the rookie phenom, who leads the team in goal-scoring.
