Boston Bruins at Detroit Red Wings, Projected Lineups, How to Watch

8:00p ET, Joe Louis Arena

Detroit, MI

TV: NBCSN

Radio: 97.1 FM The Ticket // 1270 AM CBS Sports Radio

Stars Blog: Stanley Cup of Chowder

Tonight is another huge game for the Red Wings if they have any chance of getting back into the playoff picture. After two straight victories over Pittsburgh and Montreal the Wings sit six points out of a playoff spot and seven points behind tonight opponent, the second-place Boston Bruins.

Boston comes into the game tonight looking to rebound from a 4-0 loss to the New York Islanders on Monday as they try to cling to a playoff spot in what is becoming a very congested Atlantic Division.

I hate to use the words “must win” when there is still half a season left to go but if ever a midway point game was a must win it would be this one. The Wings have looked like a different team their last two games and if they have any chance/hope/desire of getting back into the conversation for the playoffs they must take care of business here tonight.
