Detroit Red Wings scrimmage: Filip Zadina shows off finishing skills | Freep

It’s only training camp for the Red Wings, but I’m glad we saw some potential fulfilled in the Red-White game. The line of Filip Zadina – Andreas Athanasiou – Thomas Vanek has been the focus of a lot of the stories coming out of Traverse City and that’s likely to continue after both Athanasiou and Zadina scored goals in yesterday’s scrimmage. I’d love to see that line develop some solid chemistry during the preseason and fulfill even more of that scoring potential during the regular season.
