Detroit looks to lock up its 10th straight 100 point season with a win tonight in Columbus. The Wings faced Columbus on Wednesday and took home the win by a score of 4-3. Columbus played a solid game and got some great individual efforts on a few goals while the Wings looked sloppy and uninterested. With only two games left (including this one) before the playoffs begin, the Red Wings will need to tighten up their game defensively and Columbus would be a good starting point.
Detroit’s playoff seeding is up in the air at this point but a win would change things up as seeds 5-7 are all tied with 98 points. Nashville has only one game to go (Saturday night) while LA plays Edmonton and Colorado in its last two games.
Puck drops at 7:00 p.m. ET and the game will air on FS-Detroit Plus. Comment away below and GO WINGS!
