The Isles lost on Thursday to the Bruins in a game they would rather not have lost, same as the Wings in Tampa. That game was a bunch of bad habits coming home to roost and a bit of luck/bad goaltending jumping on them.
Today we won’t see Kyle Okposo, but we will see Alexey Marchenko. The Red Wings have a tough schedule coming for February and they might as well start off on the right foot at the very end of January. The challenge here is not to bleed too many points during the rough stretch and to see what we have in a few kids.
