I have a confession to make: I’ve never had one of those awesome-mega moves in checkers where you jump at least 6 of your opponent’s pieces. I feel it’s one of the things I’m going to regret most when I look back on my life. That and not being able to sing. I think people who can sing are just the tops. I wish I had that kind of talent. I’m good at other stuff, but if my life was dependent on me entertaining someone with the quality of my voice, I’d think to close my eyes, say a silent prayer and think “it’s been a good run”.
It’s the third period which is usually an important one for the Red Wings. Can they hold on/come back/win the game? Only time will tell.
