Cat is an All-Star! The off-season addition has certainly been worthy of the selection, leading the team with 38pts in 39 games played in the campaign and on-pace to eclipse the 30-goal mark once again. This will be the second All-Star appearance for the Farmington Hills native, after representing the Blackhawks in the 2022 game.

Gentle reminder to fans that, while the ASG is about having fun and celebrating the sport, we have to try to not have TOO MUCH fun with it or Gary Bettman might try to end another career in a hissy fit about control. That said, let’s see if the Wings choose to promote anyone for the fan-vote or if they just let everyone else have a little vacation. If they do promote someone, Red Wings Nation needs to rally.
