This is a nice roundup of our top-level prospects. It’s going to be tough for any of these guys to crack the roster under normal circumstances (i.e. barring injuries) but it’s still an exciting time to be a Red Wings fan.

This was posted in Discord yesterday, but it bears repeating because it’s important. This is a big piece for the Sens, even if it’s just for one year, and should make it harder for us to jump them in the divisional standings than it was a few days ago when their biggest off-season acquisition was Dominik Kubalik as the replacement for DeBrincat. I can really feel a rivalry brewing here – mostly because Ottawa fans are largely an insufferable lot and think they’re going to break the Bruins’ record from last year, as opposed to Buffalo who just kind of forgettably exists despite being in the same spot as us and Ottawa.
