The biggest surprise for me (based on this very small amount of information) is the goalie, Matecha – those numbers certainly look like they warrant some type of drafting consideration or ATO. Here’s hoping all these guys can show off some skill and realize their NHL dreams.

The latest NHL trade rumors have the Toronto Maple Leafs and Anaheim Ducks discussing a blockbuster trade.
No sources are given, even for the opinions and “analysis”, so take this all with a great big grain of salt. But it’s interesting to think that Toronto’s solution could be to send out even more defense. Outscoring their mistakes didn’t work last post season, and I don’t think that strategy is any more sound this season.
