NBCSN Will Broadcast First Red Wings Game at Little Caesars Arena

NBC Sports released its broadcast schedule for the 2017-18 season today. One of the network’s featured games is the first home game for Detroit in its new arena. NBCSN will broadcast Detroit’s home opener against the Minnesota Wild at 7:30 PM ET.

Detroit will be featured 11 additional times on either NBC or NBCSN this season.

Here are the top teams the network will feature:

NOTE: I’m not sure where they get 15 for Detroit from. I count 12 total.

Fun fact: you can watch Connor McDavid and the Toronto young guns each play as many times as 2016-17 playoff goals that the team you can watch 17 times scored. Good job.

The Red Wings will be featured on NBCSN’s Wednesday Night Rivalry against Boston, Philadelphia, and St. Louis.
