Ottawa Senators at Detroit Red Wings, Projected Lineups, How to Watch

7:00p ET, Joe Louis Arena

Detroit, MI

TV: FS-D

Radio: 97.1 FM The Ticket // 1270 AM CBS Sports Radio

Senators Blog: Silver Sevens

There are only four games left in this lost season and three games left in the history of Joe Louis Arena.  Tonight, the Ottawa Senators travel for the last time to the Joe for the first half of a late season home and home.

Ottawa’s lines are based on their game Saturday against Winnipeg.  Already without Erik Karlsson, who is back in Ottawa after getting injured blocking a shot, and Cody Ceci leaving the last game against Winnipeg with an injury, Ottawa called up Ben Harpur from their AHL affiliate Binghamton.  Ottawa also signed and then called up their 2015 first round pick Colin White.  With Ottawa on a four game losing streak, dropping them from second to a tie with Toronto for third in the division,  we will likely see both in the lineup tonight as Ottawa tried to right the ship and keep Tampa Bay on the outside looking in on the playoffs.

We all know where the Red Wings are and I suspect most fans are looking to two things at this point, the last game at the Joe on Sunday against New Jersey and the start of the offseason (and rebuild).

My recommendation, find something beyond the score to watch and enjoy within the game.
