Detroit Red Wings’ 2015 draft class: Evgeny Svechnikov the crown jewel | Freep

Another draft look back by Helene. The 2015 Red Wings class is pretty underwhelming (so far). We’ll see what Evgeny Svechnikov can do with a full season in Detroit next year. My expectations aren’t very high. Vili Saarijarvi could play in the NHL one day. Is he going to be a real impact player? At this point, I’d say no. Maybe Joren van Pottelberghe becomes an awesome goalie? ¯_(ツ)_/¯
