The Wings look to end their five-game losing streak against the Calgary Flames in game two of a six-game homestand for the Wings. Calgary’s last game was also on Tuesday in a game they lost 5-1 at home to the Vancouver Canucks.
While we’ll keep discussing the panic button in Detroit until they start winning again, Flames faithful have been dealing with trade rumors since the beginning of the year. Apparently they’re shopping hard for some talent and could very well find themselves going full-out rebuild pretty soon.
Babcock says he’s switching up the lines to try and get Datsyuk and Zetterberg going (and for Datsyuk and Zetterberg to get their teammates going). Here’s what it should look like tonight for at least the first ten minutes.
