Quinton Byfield Won’t Return to NHL for At Least Another Week – Mayors Manor

As we originally reported, the rough plan was to keep Byfield in the American League until around Christmas. And with the NHL Holiday Roster Freeze now in effect, the 20-year-old center will be with the Reign through at least next week. At 11:59pm on Monday, NHL rosters became frozen (trades, waivers, etc.) and will remain that way until 12:01am on Wednesday, December 28.
