The Red Wings will try to spoil the Blackhawks’ home opener and banner-raising ceremony. The Hawks will try to rub their success in big brother’s face and take another swing, hoping for the respect they think they deserve. The game starts at 8:30 Eastern and will be picked up on NHL Network. The good news for me there is it’ll be in HD. The bad news is I’m all but guaranteed to be getting the Comcast Sports Net feed out of Chicago. Pray for me as I put up with a night of Eddie Olczyk.
