Hi everyone! My name is Delaney Rimer and I am so excited to be joining the WIIM family!
I am currently a grad student at Boston College pursuing my Master’s in Sport Administration. One day I hope to work in the NHL, but for now I am a marketing intern in D1 college athletics at Harvard University. I am a native of the suburbs of Toledo, Ohio and just moved to Boston this August to start a new era of my life.
Outside of work, I love music, especially Taylor Swift, Phoebe Bridgers, Zach Bryan, boygenius, and early 2010’s pop punk. My favorite Taylor Swift albums are folklore and evermore and I will not budge from that stance no matter what. On top of that I enjoy reading when I have the time, traveling, writing, and cats. I have a three year old tortie named Bee who is my best friend and travel buddy. I also really enjoy thrifting and shopping around in new places.
I’ve been fortunate enough to work at Super Bowl LVII this February and then attend the NHL Draft as a part of a career conference just months later. This year has brought many exciting adventures and changes into my life and starting here at WIIM is giving me an opportunity to find the joy in writing once again.
I am so excited to be here and I look forward to getting started!
