Why to Watch: Morbid curiosity? I don’t know.
Watching paint dry.
Naming each individual strand of your hair.
Dumping a bag of white rice in three inches of freshly fallen snow, then finding each individual grain with a pair of chopsticks and placing it back in the bag.
These are just a few of the things that feel more fun than watching Red Wings hockey after the last game against Nashville.
But today is a new day, and tonight’s game is a new chance for Detroit to turn the page from the incredibly boring loss to Nashville. They might even score a power play goal, although the chances of that feel lower than a guy like Lloyd Christmas ending up with a gal like Mary Samsonite Swanson.
The latest on Bertuzzi is a little upsetting:
Blashill says he has "no idea" when Bertuzzi will be back. Doesn't expect him back by this weekend.

"Week-to-week" is the distinction at this point
“How do you lose a foot?” *
“I don’t know! I don’t have a good answer to that. It’s just.....not here.”
“Well, keep looking.”
Tonight when they hit the ice, Detroit will keep looking to give fans a reason to watch. Fingers crossed they do.
