Red Wings at Stars: GDU, Lineups, Keys to the Game
Game Day Updates
If the Stars defeat the Red Wings in regulation, Detroit will be eliminated from playoff contention. Any other result and Detroit will survive the night.

I love how it’s phrased like a horror movie. “Stormtroopers are all around. Will Detroit survive the night?”
If Dallas take two points from their game against Detroit in any fashion AND Columbus lose in regulation, then the Blue Jackets will be eliminated from playoff contention.

We can also play spoilers!
Oh, I’m getting word that is not how we want to be playing spoiler.
Coach Blashill says Dylan Larkin (upper body) is out tonight.

Will have further tests done tomorrow with more info to come Saturday. #RedWings
I was hoping this meant we may be seeing Veleno, but he’s apparently not cleared to play yet.
Speaking of spoiling, thanks for spoiling my mood, Jeff!
Tyler Bertuzzi will not return this season

OK, enough Jeff! I know this is the correct decision unless they are 100% sure he’s ready to play without hurting himself more, but it still sucks.
Anton Khudobin will start tonight against Detroit

Miro Heiskanen and Roope Hintz are both game time decisions#GoStars

Keys to the Game
1.
2.
3.
FOUR!
With last game being so bad, I wanted to lighten the mood using a pre-match chant our tennis team decided to use one day without telling me. It made me laugh for a long time, so maybe that’ll help here.
Every team has bad games, even the league’s best. While it can be hard to think about it when it’s happening, this season we had noticeably fewer horrible outings than last season. It’s how you react to them that matters. So the key to today’s game is to put the last one behind us and come out hard tonight.
