DETROIT, MICH — News has surfaced from the Red Wings brass in regards to a special announcement on Tuesday June 9th, at 11 AM ET.

This is no doubt the announcing of new Red Wings head coach, Jeff Blashill. There had been reports earlier on last week that said they would be announcing it on Tuesday, just because the NHL doesn’t like big news happening when there is a scheduled game for the Stanley Cup Final.
