Andreas Athanasiou is still unsigned, and that’s bad. He’s also reportedly been practicing with the Canadian Olympic Team, which might be worse news for the Wings. But he hasn’t bolted to the KHL yet, and his agent finally caved with Josh Anderson, so maybe there’s hope? Maybe we can talk thru some kind of resolution on this one…
Your 2017-2018 Roster
With the roster pretty much finalized, how do we think it looks as a whole? Will we compete with the best, or sink like the rest?

Jagr signed, Stamkos is awaiting his next injury, and at least two Canadian teams look like they’ll make legit runs for The Cup. These, and other stories to watch for outside of Detroit both this week and all season long.
