Wings vs. Habs: Updates, Projected Lineups, Keys to the Game
Updates
#RedWings Blashill said they were supposed to have a full morning skate but some guys are under the weather so they decided to have an optional so those players could rest up for tonight.

#RedWings Daley said he is good to go.

Filip Hronek is out tonight, per Blashill. Day-to-day. #RedWings

Because it’s an optional skate, we don’t have a good idea of what the defense pairings are. But it seems like it’s Hronek out and Daley in, which is good for the tank and bad for everything else.
An unconfirmed report says that Shea Weber was so upset about the idea of Detroit beating Montreal again that he rushed back for tonight’s game.
Claude Julien confirms Paul Byron, Shea Weber in. Gallagher maybe.

Keys to the Game
- Sweep the season series, YOU COWARDS.
- Anthony Mantha, in my opinion, should score a hatty. Let’s see some tic-tac-toe passing and make the highlight reels as the good guys and not the idiots.
- No dumb penalties. I’m looking at you Hronek. (UPDATE: With Hronek out, we just have to look at every other player.)
BONUS: Ken Daniels saying “Tomash” at least 20 times.
