Landon Ferraro Scores First Career NHL Goal
Landon Ferraro scored his first career NHL goal tonight in a 2-0 win over the Carolina Hurricanes. He's a kid who was taken in the same draft as Tomas Tatar, and has fought his way into the lineup in the closing games of the 2014-2015 season. Maybe he was taken before Tatar, but you have to respect the kid's work ethic. It paid of huge for him with this goal. Maybe Cam Ward let up a stink, but either way, feel good for Landon. Hard work pays off, if you know what I mean.

His father, Ray Ferraro, a former NHL player, and probably one of the best analysts in the business, provided us all with some wonderful feelings in reaction to the goal. Congrats, Ray. Your kid earned it.
