Red Wings Rumblings
The Wings are holding onto the second Wild Card spot for dear life after last night’s loss in Pittsburgh. Not a ton of news to share on this Monday, but keep in mind we should see Dylan Larkin’s return this week. Only 14 games left in the regular season, so I suppose you can finally consider this the home stretch, if you haven’t already.
Historic turnout for PWHL in Detroit
13.7k people turned out to see Boston beat Ottawa over the weekend. To make matters even better, Farmington’s Megan Keller scored a goal in front of her hometown.
Could we see pro women’s hockey in Detroit some time soon? Kinda seems like that NEEDS to happen.
Another big win for the Griffins
The Griffins picked up a win over Iowa Saturday night, which tied a franchise record for 16 straight home games with a point. Prospects Simon Edvinsson, Cross Hanas, Marco Kasper, and Elmer Soderblom all registered points. Meanwhile, it was another big start for Sebastian Cossa:
“Sebastian Cossa’s .931 save percentage (27-of-29) not only improved the rookie netminder to an overall .911 save percentage on the season but also extended his point streak to 13 games (8-0-5).”
What are the odds Cossa is with the big club next season?

Bleacher Report 2024 Free Agency Predictions
It’s an ‘early prediction’ from Bleacher Report, so don’t take this too seriously.
The writer of this article, Lyle Richardson, has Patrick Kane testing free agency this summer and signing with an Eastern Conference contender. What do we think? That’s probably a real possibility, isn’t it?
