Analyzing the pick
Not surprising that the Red Wings took a goalie at some point. There’s not much on Eliasson out there, at least at first glance. Detroit has a history of spinning Swedes into gold, so let’s hope that this pick pans out. His stats from last season look good overall. This is definitely a pick that will take some time to evaluate.
